Visualize and Relate to yourself while you read this: Sound of alarm, get up, get fresh, eat, get ready, take the keys, start the bike/car, on the roads, traffic, crowd, horns....
in 1 hour reached workplace. "Hi, Hello, Good morning, Oh! How are you feeling today..." Finally at your desk.
Tick tock tick tock...Â
Glaring at screen, typing, mouse clicks, phone calls, meetings, discussion, tea breaks, lunch break, tea breaks.
Return to home - same road, traffic, bright headlights and tail lights, horn, back to home. All energy drained. No? Oh, you went for a workout too? (That is nice). Oh you met a friend on the way (that's cool).. others? Back to the original story.. energy drained. Eat, sleep... AND.. Alarm....

Wow! It is Friday. Let's go have some fun, party.. okay okay. Good for many..
But... Are you missing something? Think harder! No..? "I am having a great time".. Yes yes you are.. but still, are you missing something???
May be you are missing yourself, your thoughts, your memories, your ME time when you meet yourself and ponder! Take a pause, sit or lie down - relax - put some music if needed, and think... About..
The last time you bunked a class;
The last time you danced/played in rain;
The last time you won a race;
The first time you had a crush;
The first time you borrowed money;
The chai with friends at the tapri;
The last time you shared horror stories on a cold winter night;
The first time you fell down from bicycle;
Times when you sneaked out of home;
The first time you left home;
The first time you got on a plane;
Your first salary and all gone in treats and gifts;
The first bike you bought;
The first trip you had (with? - I am not saying that);
The first time you went to a buffet and ate more than your friends;
The last time you laughed like you don't care;
The last time you cried;
The last time you were on a beach;
The last time you made a resolution;
The last time you made a Goa trip plan;
The last time you pulled out a prank;
The last time you met someone dear;
The last time you lost someone dear;
The wishlist that you have made;
..............
It is not always a Friday night party, or a weekend trip that is needed. Over these many years I have made ample memories - good and bad - that has brought me to this point. Sometimes, it is beautiful to walk through them, re-live them and enjoy the flow of thoughts and emotions.. bringing a hint of smile (sometimes sadness too, but it's okay).
The point is - Meet Yourself once in a while and you will be amazed at what a life you have lived!
